PARTING SOCIAL - 2018

Parting  Social,  2018  was  organized  on  19^th April,  in  the  college  amphitheatre  to  bid  farewell  to  the  outgoing  students. The  function  began  with  the  4^th Semester  B.Sc  students  performing  a  delightful  song  suited  for  the  occasion. The  Principal, Rev. Fr. Bivan  Rodriques  Mukhim  delivered  the  welcome  address  and  wished  the  outgoing  students  a  great  future. The  4^th Semester  B.A  students  presented  a  lively  dance  performance  which  was  followed  by  a  speech  delivered  by  the   SWA  President  Markus  Sangma,  who  addressed  the  gathering.

Professor  Ipshita  Roy,  the head  of  the   Political  Science  department,  delivered  a  motivating  speech  during  the  programme. Michael  Sangma  and  his  group,  and  the  2^nd Semester  B.Com  students  presented  a  dance  performance. The  Commerce  students  organized  some  amusing  games  for  the  outgoing  students  which  entertained  the  gathering. This  was  followed  by a  dance  performance  by  the  2^nd Semester  B.Sc  students,  and  thereafter  by  a  song  presented  by  the  4^th Semester  B.Com  students. The  vote  of  thanks  was  delivered  by  Upasana  Basumatary, 2^nd Semester  B.Sc  student. The  outgoing  students  presented  a  farewell  gift  to  the  college   after   the  event  . They  also  performed  many  entertaining  songs  and  bade  farewell  to  their  beloved  college.
