College bade farewell to Ms Ipshita Bose and Mr Hilarius Sangma

On 25th of May 2022 the college organized a farewell programme for Ms Ipshita Bose Roy, former head of the department of Political Science and Mr Hilarius Ch Sangma, UDA staff who retired from service in January this year after 35 years of service to the college.

The programme began at 12:45 PM and attended by all the staff and students of the college. The programme began with a prayer song by one of the students and a prayer led by Fr Abhilash V.J, Vice Principal of the college. Fr. Bivan Rodriques Mukhim, Principal shared the feelings of the college on their retirement. He said that both the staff has contributed so much to the college and it is indebted to their services. They have been a constant support to the management and the students of the college. Professor Barbra S. Sangma and Professor Biswajit Paul shared experiences from the part of the students.

The staff presented token of appreciation to both while the students performed songs. The two staff members were presented with mementos. We thank you from our hearts for never letting our students down. Our gratitude to you for all you have done, which we will never forget. We truly appreciate you for the time you spent helping DON BOSCO COLLEGE, TURA in many occasions. Thank you so much for being such an empathetic professor who understands the circumstances our students encounter daily. God Bless You and Happy Retirement!

 

Don Bosco College, Tura appreciates the hard work and dedication of Mr. Hilarius Ch. Sangma. You have a talent for attention to detail, and it shows in your hard work. Thank you for continually raising the level of performance and achievement. Your eye for detail and that ear for giving a patient hearing in any situation remain inspiring.
