Department of Physics visited St Dominic Savio Higher Secondary School, Garobadha

Faculty of the Department of Physics, Don Bosco College, Tura visited St Dominic Savio School, Garobadha on 1^st of June, 2022 in order to interact with the students of Class 10. Four members – Dr Arindam Ghosh, Mr Mahidhar Rajbongshi, Mr Gaurav Biswas and Dr Yubaraj Sharma held counselling sessions and also discussed few topics related to the syllabus. They also encouraged the students, answered variety of questions asked by the students relating to their career and also cleared the doubts from the subject of Physics. The faculty went to visit the institution on the invitation of the Principal Fr Albert Sangma.

The school has three sections in Class 10 comprising about 50 students in each. The resource persons interacted with each section separately so that all the students get ample opportunity to interact with them as it is a rare occasion for them to get teachers from specialized subject. The Principal thanked the resource persons for their visit in this remote town and committedly interacting with the students.
