Pol Sc Seminar on International Politics and Government and Politics in North East India

The Department of Political Science, Don Bosco College, Tura organized a seminar on the theme “International Politics and Government and Politics in North East India on 9th May 2023. The Member present were Fr. Principal, Fr. Bivan R. Mukhim, Prof. Binendro N Marak (HoD), Prof. Bristina D Shira, Prof. Kimberley Nokimbe G Momin, Prof. Jordana Dipeera R Marak and students from 2nd, 4th and 6th semester Department of Political Science.

Mr. Manuel Ch Marak and Miss Jansiki A Sangma from 4th semester Political Science Department did the honour of hosting the seminar.Mr. Binendro N Marak (HoD) Department of Political Science gave introductory and welcome speech to the participants.

The Principal, Fr. Bivan R. Mukhim welcomed the participants and gave an encouragement speech. He insisted on the importance and necessity of seminar that each and every student required to learn and perform for the requirement of New National Educational Policy (NEP) requirement.

The seminar organized by the Department of Political Science was mainly for the 4th and 6th semester students. The number of students in 4th and 6th semester consisting of 104 students.

The students of both 4th and 6th semester students were divided into 6 groups (from Group A to Group F). Each group had an elected member from their own group to present the paper.
