Eight NCC Cadets of the College participate in NCC Pre TSC 1 Camp for North-Eastern Region

Eight enthusiastic cadets from Don Bosco College have been selected to participate in the prestigious NCC Pre TSC 1 camp, scheduled to be held in Jorhat, Assam, from August 6th to August 18th, 2023. This pre-camp serves as the gateway for their potential participation in the highly anticipated Thal Sainik Camp (TSC) held annually in Delhi during late autumn.

The Thal Sainik Camp (TSC) is a twelve-day event that draws cadets from 17 NCC Directorates across the NorthEast. It is a platform for showcasing their dedication, discipline, and leadership abilities. With the competition being intense, being selected for the camp is a significant accomplishment for the participating cadets.

The eight cadets from Don Bosco College have already proven their mettle in various NCC activities and undergone rigorous training to be well-prepared for this opportunity. Their selection to attend the NCC Pre TSC 1 camp in Jorhat has filled them with pride and a sense of responsibility to represent their institution and region at the national level.

During the camp, the cadets will undergo a series of assessments to evaluate their physical fitness, mental acumen, leadership qualities, and overall capabilities. The twelve-day program will involve rigorous training, including drills, physical exercises, theoretical classes, and simulated challenges to test their problem-solving abilities.
