First Semester College Student Clinches Gold Medal in Meghalaya Games 2024.

In a remarkable display of skill and determination, Ms. Anusa M Sangma, a first-semester student of Don Bosco College, Tura, emerged victorious by winning the Gold Medal in the Poomsae Mixed Pair Junior category (Taekwondo) at the Meghalaya Games 2024. The event took place at Montfort Centre, Tura, where athletes from various districts showcased their talents.

Representing the West Garo Hills District, Ms. Anusa M Sangma exhibited exceptional prowess and agility, outshining competitors in the fiercely contested Poomsae Mixed Pair Junior category. Her remarkable performance not only earned her the admiration of the spectators but also secured a well-deserved Gold Medal for the district.
