DBC NCC Cadets Mesmerize Audience with Wangala Dance at 52nd Meghalaya Day Celebrations.

In a captivating cultural display, the NCC Cadets of the College took center stage by performing the traditional Wangala Dance during the grand celebration of the 52nd Meghalaya Day. The event unfolded on the 20th of January 2024 at the District Auditorium in Tura.

The NCC Cadets, showcased their dedication and enthusiasm as they gracefully performed the Wangala Dance, a vibrant and traditional dance form of the Garo community. This cultural extravaganza was part of the Meghalaya Day celebrations, aimed at embracing and promoting the rich cultural heritage of the state.

The stellar performance of the NCC Cadets garnered widespread appreciation from the audience, highlighting their commitment to not only military training but also cultural representation. The cadets, directed by the NCC NER Directorate to perform the Wangala Dance, received the directive from the Department of Information & Public Relations (DIPR), Shillong, further emphasizing the significance of their participation.
