DBC Student Shines in Meghalaya Games 2024 with Silver Medal Win.

In a remarkable display of skill and precision, Ms. Tengsilchi R. Marak, a 6th-semester B.A. student of the College, has secured a silver medal in the 50m Rifle Open Sight Championship (women individual) at the 5th Meghalaya Games 2024. The event took place at the 2nd MLP Battalion Firing Range in Goeragre, Tura.

Ms. Tengsilchi, also a dedicated NCC Cadet, represented the West Garo Hills District with exceptional prowess, competing against top shooters from various districts in Meghalaya. The competition witnessed intense battles and a high level of marksmanship, making her achievement all the more commendable.

The College administration and faculty expressed their immense pride and joy in Ms. Tengsilchi's accomplishment.
